Troposphere-lowest portion of the earths atmosphere
Hadley Cells-tropical atmospheric circulation
Polar Cells-like hadley cells, but near the poles of the earth

Thermohaline Circulation-circulation allowing deep water and surface water to mix
Summary: Climate change through drowning of tropical forests in dams. It is said that methane is released from the drowning of these forests. The trees release methane that is 84 times more dangerous than carbon dioxide and effects the temperature a lot more. It is hard to measure methane release because it goes in three different ways. Through diffusion, traveling downstream, or ebullition. Ebullition causes most of the methane diffusion and it varies in seasons, day, and night. It is said that researchers will further identify the methane release in order to lower gas release and contribute less to the greenhouse effect.
Reflection:
Human Impact: Humans have impacted climate change in many different ways. One of the largest ways that we impact climates is by the release of greenhouse gases. Through means of acquiring energy, we release these gases that hurt the environment. The largest of this release is the burning of fossil fuels. Through the burning of these fuels, gases like carbon dioxide are released in to the air. Then affecting the environment and causing climate change.
Environmental Impact: The release of greenhouse gases affects the environment. Also, fossil fuels, which are non-renewable resources, are used up. Greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and halocarbons. These are released into the air which then later incoming solar radiation and outgoing thermal radiation. the changing of the chemical properties of the air causes the temperature of the earth to rise, therefore causing the effect of global warming.
Economic Impact: Economically the humans would benefit through the burning of fossil fuels. burning fossil fuels would result in an income of energy. The energy would then be used to create specific items or to run certain factories. It would then provide a continuous cycle of burning fuels in order to attain energy. Then using that energy to create products. And then selling those products to benefit and acquire monetary value.
Government Legislation: The Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) have been regulating greenhouse gases. The clean air act was passed in order to help regulate the % of gases released. It was passed in 1970, and was made revisions to in 1977 and 1990. It affects the 6 most common pollutants, which include the four listed above. The EPA has set air quality standards and all businesses/factories must follow these standards in order for them to continue being run.
